I, the undersigned, understand and acknowledge that there are certain inherent risks, both known and unknown, related to my participation in, including before and after, programs and classes at the property on 7 Long Ridge Road, West Redding, CT 06896 also known as Westbrook Nature School. These risks include but are not limited to physical injury and death. I assert that my participation is entirely voluntary and with knowledge of these risks, and I am electing to use the property at my own sole risk.

I hereby release Westbrook Nature School and Westbrook Property LLC and their respective affiliates, members, officers, directors, and employees (collectively, the "Releasees") from any and all liabilities, losses, claims, damages, and demands arising out of my participation at the School. This release is a release of, without limitation, any liabilities, losses, claims, damages, demands, rights of action or causes of action resulting from or arising out of the negligent acts or omissions of the Releasees.
